Their new state-of-the-art golf performance and well-being centre is designed to unlock members’ full performance potential, ensuring they maximise their athletic profile – on and off the course.

Challenge
Launching a new and highly innovative concept in an already competitive golf and wellness market required a brand identity and digital presence that would cut through the noise. The challenge was to spark intrigue and desirability before doors even opened – without revealing too much too soon. Club Condor needed a strong, clear narrative and aesthetic that reflected its elite offering while maintaining a sense of mystery and exclusivity. Equally important was equipping the team with tools to engage and convert high-potential prospects into founding members.


The Result
We sharpened the Club Condor brand to reflect its premium positioning and future-forward vision. The website was developed with a “less is more” approach, purposefully teasing the experience and building anticipation. This tactic proved highly effective: since launch, the site has driven a steady influx of membership inquiries.
To support pre-launch engagement, we created founder and member invitation materials, a printed leaflet that quickly became an essential tool for the membership team, and multiple presentation assets. Each element was crafted to elevate the brand’s mystery and allure while equipping the team to introduce prospects to this pioneering club experience. Interest, curiosity and demand followed – with measurable traction from the outset.
